What happens with a wizard bearing palantir of elostirion if he plays SacForm and then enters play at a different site (Rivendell or home site)?

Hello:

In an archeology exercise, I revive this old thread about Palantír of Elostirion, with something I still can't find:

The texts of all Palantíri (not taking into account The Ithil Stone) have the sentence: "...With its bearer able to use a Palantír...", except the PoE, where one can read "...If the bearer is a sage...".

Means that that any sage could use the PoE, without needing cards like Align Palantír or Use Palantír?

To use hero version of Palantír of Elostirion, its sage bearer does not need an ability of using a Palantír.

Also true for the Minion version; all that is required is a Sage.
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.

No.
For minion version, sage bearer is able to use this Palantír if he taps.
This is an extra function.
If bearer has ability to use Palantír from other sources (e.g. Focus Palantír), he may use Palantír without tapping himself before.
