I have been taking this for granted due to the sheer stupidity of the question, but I just have to confirm.
Question 1
• A Fallen Wizard's (up to three) starting stage cards are treated as if they were characters
This is only for the timing of when they are played, as in this from the MEWH Rule Book.
• These cards should be revealed as if they were starting characters with duplicate unique cards being discarded
Meaning you still get 10 Characters + 3 Stage resources, or 5 or 6 if you are worried about conflict, which? meh...
So up to 10 + 3, not 7 chars + 3 stage, for just 10.
See I told you it was stupid, ugh, "Card Games"
Laters...

Up to 10 characters and up to 3 stage resource cards is allowed in pool of FW player.
We will not speak of such things even in the morning of the Shire.

And FW player can reveal up to 5 character cards and up to 3 stage resource cards.
That a card may be revealed as character does not mean that the card counts as character before/after revealing.

There is a loophole (or is it intentional obstacle?):
).
Literally this prevents a player from revealing a non-character cards that may be revealed "as if they were starting characters" if he has reached one of above mentioned condition (and I do not have "until they want to stop" in mindCRF, Tournaments, The Character Draft wrote:Each player continues until they want to stop, they have 20 points of mind in their
starting company, or they have five characters in their starting company.

Ouch. That may need some revision, IMO. A FW who must reveal all his stage cards before his fifth character is at a potential disadvantage during the character draft.
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.

That's what I thought, but then there is this line too:Bandobras Took wrote: ↑Mon Jul 31, 2017 2:05 pm Ouch. That may need some revision, IMO. A FW who must reveal all his stage cards before his fifth character is at a potential disadvantage during the character draft.
● The total mind of the player's starting characters is 20 (regardless of effects which decrease a character's mind).
I thought that, Thrall of the Voice took effect, and Open to the Summons didn't, now I am at a loss right now.
Which one is it on these two CRUCIAL cards? (Thrall and Summons)
I am thinking Thrall takes effect, as the ONLY card that takes effect, but rings, summons, etc do not?

Hidden Haven takes effect.
Regardless of which cards take effect during draft, if a player must care to reveal non-character cards before reaching 20 mind/5 characters, his opponent, who does not have such cards in pool, has some advantage.
