Why is this? More Sense Than You alters strike assignment, so must be played before strikes are assigned in the first place. Once strikes are assigned, it is too late to play More Sense Than You, correct?CoE 25 wrote:Say I have a one character company and my opponent plays Slayer or Assassin. I
play More
Sense than You so the strike of the first attack cannot be assigned to that
character.
What about the other (two) attack(s)? Will they take place?
*** The attacks will not take place. The Assassin has no legal targets and is
discarded.

The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.

Correct.Bandobras Took wrote:Once strikes are assigned, it is too late to play More Sense Than You, correct?
But above example is not diferent.
More Sense Than You is played before strikes from first attack are assigned.
No other characters in company, so strike cannot be assigned to anyone. Because strikes from all subsequent attacks must be assigned to the same character, so effectively they will be not assigned to anyone too.
We will not speak of such things even in the morning of the Shire.

Ah, I see. I missed the part about one-character company.
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.
