A rudimentary deck vs marcos convinced me that the card may be a little cheezy as stands, so how about adding:

This site is also a Ruins & Lairs for the purposes of keying creature hazards.

Makes it a little less cheezy.

less cheezy, but the main question I think is: what purpose does it serve, and did you have fun playing it? If it's a ruins for creatures, what sets it apart from Deep Mines, other than the technicality of the 6 SP and staying down while still being able to play cards that require a haven?
Stone-age did not end because man ran out of rocks.

i think that the part that made this card so cheeze, is the clause about untapping the site

Tapping your wizard during the site phase to untap the site at an underdeeps site is actually kind of hard.

Nevertheless, it's not too easy. Especially if we allow Ruins & Lairs creatures to still be keyed there, keeping the wizard untapped will be difficult against a smart opponent.
