While trying to come up with good idears for challenge decks I stumbled over Ent-draughts (v)....
and thought about including it in some deck.

But it totaly cannot come up with a good idear for it.
because it seems quiet useless for me.
okay It heals charcters - but only at Wellinghal.
(you don't get any bonus for prowless but only body, something mostly not important)

Neither does Ent-draughts give MPs...(wich might then be a reason to play it)

So my question is... do I just not get the reason why Ent-droughts is good...
---OR did we just create a shitty card?

Because with my current perspective I think the new ent-droughts is as worse as the old one!!!

i kinda agree with you... Ent draughts is a bit useless, maybe the +1 DI helps for FW squatters to bring factions/ characters into play, but it is not really needed

no, no way anybody would use it... I belive...!

maybe make it stronger somehow...
or cut it from the set in favour of something else?

my suggestion:

Ent-droughts
Minor Iteam

Hero Specific.
Cannot be played as a starting iteam. Cannot be transfered.
Only playable at Wellinghall. Any number of Ent-droughts may be played after playing an Ent Faction or Ally.
+2 prowless (no max).
All the characters corruption checks are modified +1.

we don't want the old one to be obsolete, maybe replacing it for any other card would be the best choice until we come up with some good ideas...

I play it in several decks, my favorite is 2 times on Arwen to control Aragorn

that can work... or in celeborn to control galadriel... yeah i think that the DI booster is the best part of the card

hm although I don't have anything against making BAD or seldome used cards obsolete.... (I would rather apreaciate that!!!)
we could find a compromise...

but maybe just pause this card so we can think about it and let anotherone take its place for some time.

It's not bad at all, it's not very inventive or exiting, but not bad at all, because you are guaranteed to play it 3x by just staying 3 turns in Wellinghall and it's duplicable. Try to see the possibilities Boder, of creating very tough characters (body 11), or character with big DI.

increase in mind can actually help you too, like be unaffected from Heedless, or Wisp, or against influence attempts...

in many ways, your character is Growing. Barummm!
Stone-age did not end because man ran out of rocks.

yeah ... I see your point...
but on the other hand... for each one point of direkt infulence you gain...
you loos one in global, because he also gets mind higher....

maybe it is good enough.... as you say,you play it....
it was just an impression of me!

i think the card is ok, but i agree with Boder here, ent droughts isn't good enough for me to include it in any deck
