Which Might be Lies V:
Hazard permanent-event
Playable on a company with a least one non-Ringwraith follower character. At the start of the site phase make a roll and add the mind of any one follower (+2 if tapped). Opponent then makes a roll for the controlling character, adding the mind (10 if Wizard or Ringwraith, -2 if tapped). If the result for the follower is higher, your opponent must discard a resource event played on a follower, a controlling character, or on the company as a whole, or tap an untapped character with the highest mind (choose Wizard or Ringwraith if possible). Discard if there are no follower characters. Cannot be duplicated on a company.

Aren't tapped characters already penalized enough simply by virtue of being tapped? I'd rather see something to stuff bringing in somebody through Chance Meeting/We Have Come To Kill; e.g. Characters may not be brought into play outside the organization by any means except an influence attempt.

Voila:

Which Might be Lies V:
Permanent-event
Characters may not be brought into play outside of the organization by any means except through an influence attempt. Cannot be duplicated.

The intention behind my idea was to harm those decks that proceed to build 15 Character Points or more, though your idea probably does this just as well or perhaps better. What about a discard clause? Or should it be a long-event?

If people want to get rid of it, let them blow a Marvels/Voices. It hits you just as hard as it does them. :)

maybe give it some kind of roll whenever you bring one into play outside of organisation phase instead of forbidding it in total....
would like that more!

well i like it as it is, and agree with ben, if they want to get rid of it let them waste a resource to discard it. Remember you can still play a chance meeting/ we have come to kill during the org phase...
