Brian, just to make sure I understand you correctly, would you agree that if The Cock Crows stated "removes a corruption card" that it would be playable during the free council?

If so then, as I understand it, your objection is that Cock Crows is a general use card that can be used to lower corruption but can be used for other purposes as well, and so since the card can be used for other purposes it cannot be used to remove a corruption card either. Right?
