Council of Elrond

Mark Alfano and Joe Bisz submit this bid to the Council of Elrond to host ME:CCG World Championships 2007.

We propose to host ME:CCG World Championships 2007 in New York City, from Thursday, 19 July, through Sunday, 22 July.

We have arranged for a venue:

We have had to change the date to the 26th-29th of July. I checked with all international players already preregistered, and they did not buy tickets yet.
