VIRTUAL CARDS SET Version .095 is Updated For Worlds 2008!!

Finally, the Worlds 2008 version of Virtual Set #1 is here. <Version 0.95>
You can get it in within the Virtual Cards Showcase forum on the Council of Elrond site (http://www.councilofelrond.org/forum/vi ... .php?t=671).

This update includes enhanced abilities for some of the Unleasheds, as well as two brand-new cards: Swag and Orc-Mounts. For the Virtual Cards Tournament at Worlds 2008, Version 0.95 is the legal version, therefore your cards must use text boxes from that version. The only other requirements for the tournament are that your Virtual deck must have one or more virtual cards.

IMPORTANT! Please note that Fair Sailing and I Know Much About You have been removed from the set, and are no longer considered legal for any Virtual Cards Tournament.

Are the UEP rules used during the virtual or dreamcard tournaments in Worlds and can more information about the dreamcards (which sets, rules) be put on the website? I do not have much time to construct decks, but if I do this will be of importance fairly soon. Additionally, where are maps with the extra regions for dreamcards?
