Does Deep Mountain Fortress played on The Drowning-deeps keeps the under deep movement limitation from & to Blue Mountain Dwarf-hold or removes it?

Yes it does keep the roll to move between the 2 sites, but there is never a roll made for moving down (ICE rule)
