problem with zoom

a friend of mine, the user 'patogeno' has a problem with the zoom function, when he press shift or F5 his game shuts down, he plays in a netbook with 1024x600 resolution.
any thoughts?

Its a known issue on a netbook. I experienced the same when I had one. I asked a lot of people what to do about it then, but didnt get an answer besides - try to avoid pressing shift. Read cards with ctrl + H. Get a bigger screen
Maybe somebody has found out more about the problem in the mean time. I hope so for you....

Can also try another resolution. Had the same problem at work, gccg was kicking me out when i tried to use shift for zoom. When i changed the resolution it started working.

my friend changed the resolution to 800x600, same result

To use the zoom-function in gccg the minimum high of the window-screen has to be 768 pixel.
