Problem with Agents in SB during Legality Check

Hello,
right now when using the DC mode of GCCG, having any agent in the SB prevents the Hero deck from being legal.
If Baduila is in the SB, a message says "Cannot have cards like Baduila in the sideboard' or "Cannot have cards like Golodhros in the sideboard'
This does not happen when checking for minions or FW decks.
