Why is card order screwed up?

Tidings of Death is coming in first in the Lidless Eye set. Beasts of the Wood and Wild Hounds are coming in first in the White Hand set. Why is this?

its because the collection is ordered by type, and it seems that "dual resources" are displayed before the normal resources
