I like to make short films when I can find the time, and mini-documentaries are one of my favorite genres.
One project that I've been toying around with lately is a filming a documentary about MeCCG and the gaming culture that surrounds it. Financially, this would probably restrict myself to the States, but if I get some funding, I will consider crossing the pond.

If the project goes ahead, it won't be soon, but I wanted to put the idea out there for the following information:
1) MeCCG players interested in participating as a subject for the documentary
2) Locations that can be filmed at
3) Any MeCCG events in the States that can be filmed*
4) Potential copyright issues that could come up (Artist renderings on the cards, ICE, etc.) and contact information for those parties.
5) MeCCG players interested in the film production side of things (Cinematographer, audio, grips, craft services, anything)
*I went to the Nationals in D.C. a few years ago. Is that still happening?
If you have ANY ideas or suggestions, don't hesitate to send me a PM.
