Updated to version 3.0:
- Updated with new entries from CRF #20.
- Some interactive functions have also been added:
- Hyperlinks to external sources.
- Elements of the Index linked on their respective pages.
- Footer buttons linked to the index pages.
- Cross references linked on the elements referred to.
