Updated to version 3.0:
  • Updated with new entries from CRF #20.
  • Some interactive functions have also been added:
    • Hyperlinks to external sources.
    • Elements of the Index linked on their respective pages.
    • Footer buttons linked to the index pages.
    • Cross references linked on the elements referred to.

The document looks fantastic! Having said that, posting it only on GitHub limits the audience.
Hence, I have taken the liberty of attaching v3.0 to this post. I hope that's okay.

Sure. There is no problem. But this document is not final, it will be updated in the future!
