Stormcrow and Orders from Lugburz

When I have as Fallenwizard a Orc/Troll company with Orders from Lugburz and 2 leaders, what happens when Stormcrow is played? Seems like Orders from Lugburz is discarded. But what happens to my 2 leaders??? Thanks!

Note: If two companies end up at a non-Darkhaven sit and combining those companies would violate the limitations on company composition, one of the companies that just moved must return to its site of origin. Similarly, an effect that causes such a violation is cancelled (e.g., We Have Come to Kill).

Stormcrow won't work on a company containing a FW, Orders From Lugburz, and two leaders unless they are at a haven.

does that mean it is still playable but doesnt affect the company until it is at a haven? or is it even unplayable?

Sorry, my mistake. I was wrongly convinced, that such statements are already included in one of recent NetRep Team's rulings. And that it is generally approved interpretation.



But it is not true, so it is still disputable.
