No Strangers at this Time is played on a site.

Playable during the site phase on a Free-hold [ ] or Border-hold [ ] if you have played a faction there. This site is never discarded and never untaps for you. All detainment attacks at all versions of this site against minion companies instead attack normally. Against minion companies, each version of this site has an additional automatic-attack: an exact copy including all modifications of the attack listed on its card. Cannot be duplicated on a given site.

But the faction played on this site is discarded with Muster Disperses.
Does No Strangers at this Time remains in play on the site?

As far I understand English: " if you have played a faction there" checks whether you have played in past a faction here. It does not check whether the faction is currently in play.

No Strangers at this Time remains in play until it is forcibly removed from play. In practice if it is played with Crown of Flowers, Twilight or Doors of Night may discard it.

Update:
No Strangers at this Time may also be discarded if on untapped non-Haven site card or on Haven site card, when the site card is returned to Location Deck.

Update2:
For FW player No Strangers at this Time may also be discarded if target site card will be changed to minion site card.

Does anyone else think this way? Or have you all read section 10?

I agree with Konrad. CRF states "A card that is played on a card continuously targets the card it is on," and "Hero events cannot target or affect minion sites, and vice versa. News of the Shire is an exception."

What did you have in mind for a different reasoning?

Anyone else?

Maybe even someone who has read section 10, or that knows why the CRF includes that clarification, or that can identify when different letters are placed next to one another, or that recognizes when some letters are bigger than other letters, or that remembers when some letters come before other letters.
