Perhaps a misunderstanding, sorry. To conclude: FiF does not affect minion sites, so a minion site's auto attacks are not affected. Is that correct?
Yes. The effect "any non-Dragon Lair site with more than one automatic-attack is reduced to having one automatic-attack of the hazard player's choice (this attack cannot be canceled)" does not affect minion sites, not even for a Fallen-wizard as was argued above.Khamul the Easterling wrote: ↑Mon Aug 02, 2021 6:51 pm Perhaps a misunderstanding, sorry. Even though Fallen-wizards "may use minion or hero resources to affect the automatic-attack at a site, regardless of the site's alignment," this statement in the CRF is merely a general allowance. In MECCG, an allowance is not sufficient to overcome a restriction, such as the restriction in MEWH: "a hero resource event card may NOT target/affect a minion site card." The allowance works in all cases where it is not restricted. A restriction may only be overcome by referencing the exception specifically, such as "even a Hobbit" in A Chance Meeting, or inherently, such as in cases where there is no other way for the effect to work such as "Return The Mouth to your hand when Mouth of Sauron is played." This understanding of MECCG is consistent across all of ICE's rulings and it just makes sense for game design.

affects a site.
Hero event does not affect a minion site.
"(this attack cannot be canceled)"
affects an AA.
But because a minion site has not been "reduced to having one automatic-attack of the hazard player's choice" in first place, then "(this attack cannot be canceled)" does not apply.
We will not speak of such things even in the morning of the Shire.

Imagine at the moment that a removing (to minimum one)/adding of single concrete AA would be considered as an action that affects AA.Theo wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 10:59 pm

Was underlined portion intended to mean: it does not affect any concrete AA by it's removal of concrete AAs from conceptual AAs?Konrad Klar wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 8:51 am Forewarned is Forewarned affects conceptual AA of site with multiple AAs by reducing a numer of concrete AAs that such site has (be removing all but one of them).
The effect of the card does not address any concrete AA to be removed. It address a site. As such it does not affect the minion sites, because Forewarned is Forewarned is a hero resource event.
This would open door for e.g. revealing Dragons At Home on-guard and for using Marvels Told against them (at the point when company faces AA during site phase).
