A couple questions with the permanent event mode on Spider of the Morlat:

1) Does the "all Spider attacks receive +1 strike" effect apply to the 2 strikes of 10 prowess spider attack that it creates for companies moving through the listed Mirkwood regions?

2) "Additionally, any company moving in Southern Mirkwood, Heart of Mirkwood, Woodland Realm, Dagorlad, or Brown Lands faces a Spider attack of 2 strikes with 10 prowess."
When is this attack faced?
At the beginning of the M/H phase before the hazard player has a chance to initiate a chain of effects?
At the end of the M/H phase?
Hazard player's choice?

1.
Yes.

2.
The attack is declared as first action of chain of effects at beginning of M/H phase*, before any player will have a chance of declaration of other action.
If there is more than one actions that must be declared as first (e.g. returning action from Snowstorm, attacks from Ahunts) the player proceeding its turn decides about order of the declarations.

*) Or after any chain of effects in which the condition has been produced, e.g. company is already moving through listed Mirkwood regions and Spider of the Morlat Permanent Event resolves, or Spider of the Morlat Permanent Event is in play and company (NOT already moving through listed Mirkwood regions) is redirected to a site in listed Mirkwood regions by Chance of Being Lost.
