Agent at wizardhaven

CRF says:
Only Elven agents can move to a site that is a Wizardhaven.
We agree that non-elven agent may appear at wizardhaven, but yesterday I encountered another problem.
I moved to the White Towers while Nature's Revenge was in play
NATURE'S REVENGE
Playable on a site in a Wilderness that normally is a Border-hold or a Shadow-hold, or on a non-protected Wizardhaven in a Wilderness. All versions of the site become Ruins and Lairs and each gains an additional automatic- attack:Animals - each character faces 1 strike with 7 prowess. Discard this card when the site is discarded or returned to its location deck.
Was it legal?
Another question: what if my agent stays face up and opponent gets rid of NR? What when I turn the agent face down, and try to reveal that agent later, when NR (for some reason) was removed?

On Nature's Revenge: The site is a ruins/lairs so agents may move there.

Agents cannot move to a wizardhaven. If they are there, they can remain there, face-up OR face-down. This works if you move to a site that later becomes a wizardhaven, wether it be by playing Hidden Haven or removing Nature's Revenge.

And who knows/remembers when did the agent moved?

Nobody. If face down agent is turned face up, all sites under him are checked and if some of them are haven (and agent have no special ability allowing him such movement) travel is considered illegal (although it is not cheating).

The agent that was revealed and turned face down has only one site - can we check movement of an agent that didn't moved?
