The "Ireful Flames" case

On the left you have the official, regular promo card, as it was published in english. The german version text is identical.
On the right you have the official translation of the original text, BUT as it was published in the french and spanish versions of the game...
Which version should be considered cannon ? Or should this card deserve an errata ?
The left one is very site-specific and has few interest in terms of gameplay.
The second, however, is incredibly powerful and destructive by its effect (a way to ruin a one ring strategy ?).
BTW, if anyone could tell me which version of the text is on the japanese version of the card (if it ever exists, of course)...

Can you post an original image of the French or Spanish version?

Usually, one considers the English versions to be the most accurate, as the design company was based in the USA.
