Defeated Agents

This post encapsulates three suggestions for rule changes.

First, in ME:TW and ME:LE, the Defeating an Attack sections only specify how an attack by a hazard creature is defeated. Should this be changed to how any attack is defeated? Otherwise am I correct in thinking that it is ambiguous how to defeat automatic attacks, agents, and other non-creature attacks?

ME:DM wrote: Only your opponent can receive marshalling points by defeating an agent that you played. ... Marshalling points from defeating an agent count as kill points not as character points.
This surely implies that there is some way to defeat an agent.
CRF wrote:To wound an agent you only need to defeat the prowess of one strike. To eliminate an agent you must defeat the prowess and body for all strikes.
For consistency in language, should the underlined eliminate be changed to defeat? I'd be fine with adding "A defeated agent is eliminated, and if defeated by your opponent placed in their marshalling points pile."
ME:DM wrote:Combat with an agent is handled like any other combat with the following exceptions: ... After the combat, the agent remains in play and it must be face-up and tapped or face-up and wounded.
Thus if the defeat of the agent were to occur during combat, the agent would remain in play anyway! Should this be changed to "the agent remains in play if not defeated"? Or maybe this isn't an issue, because "remain" doesn't prevent removal for other reasons, such as elimination. But why not be clearer.

I'm very much in favor of clarity and consistency.
