Nazgûl/Ringwraith Body Halved ??

If I have a "Nazgûl chick" versus a Ringwraith in company vs company combat (CvCC), so like Éowyn, vs my Opponent who has say 2 Ringwraiths:

A. Does she get the +6 prowess?
B. Is the Ringwraith's body halved?

I totally think she should get these combat mods.
The prowess I could see an errata to make it +3 (or half rounded down)...
