Special: If your Ringwraith is at this site, he may tap during the organization phase to bring one Orc or Troll character from your discard pile into play at this site (as another company).
Out of curiosity, since this is an effect initiated by tapping a RW, is it in addition to the one character/turn limit?

But is not immediatelly created by playing Urlurtsu Nurn. In other words: effect is in play for later use, like Open To The Summons, Thrall of The Voice etc.

So if I've brought a character in at another site this turn, my RW may not tap to use Urlurtsu Nurn's special ability? Okay.
