If player has multiple versions of a rescue site in Location Deck, may he use any version (as long as other requirements for rescue site are fulfilled)?

So long as they can legally use the version in question, I would assume so. Thus, a FW could potentially rescue characters held prisoner at Isengard by visiting the Wizardhaven version and laughing at the rescue attack.
