Unique. Nazgûl (3rd). May be played as a hazard creature (with one strike) or as a permanent-event. As a creature, can also be keyed to [WW] (attacker chooses defending character) if opponent has killed a Spider, Animal, or Wolf creature. If tapped during opponent’s movement/hazard phase (tapping counts against the hazard limit), Dwar of Waw becomes a long-event: All Spider, Animal, and Wolf hazard creature attacks with no body have 5 body and do not count against the hazard limit.
About the only one you can really make a case for as being a strong hazard portion is Spiders. Animal and Wolf attacks have general playability/strength issues.

Spiders in general have a good run of support cards; it may be worthwhile to look at removing Spiders from the list of things Dwar enhances (maybe we should add Pukel-Creatures instead? :) ).

General strategy against heroes is grab bag. Spiders/animals are okay when facing a wilderness strategy. But they are too dependant on several boost cards as wake of war and full of froth and rage.

Also, when facing a company that runs around in the gap of isen, rohan, anorien and such, spiders wont do much.

If there's ever a hazard strategy that didn't need any more boosts, it's the undead.

Note the hazards vs. minion portion.
