lets decide if the period of a COE session is 12 or 24 months.
the poll runs 5 days, so there is still time to discuss a little bit.

I voted for 12 month. As pointed out already in another thread I see a potential problem with members who might become inactive or leave the council during the given period for whatever reason. Shall them be replaced and if so, how? I don't see a good way to deal with this. So let's better keep it to 12 months.
Well this could be a solution. I don't think it's a good solution, though. There are so many things that can happen during 24 month. In the event that a member is not able to bring his term to completion, a new member shall be appointed based on the results of the election; if such is unfeasible, a special election shall be held among the non-voting CoE members.
I vote 24, with a caveat that inactive members can be replaced by the council (NOT by a new vote to the community).
The community is not going to vote every year on Council members, at least not with a noticeable turnout.

It's easy to get a replacement system in. 24 Months.
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.
