Motion: new one of a kind proxy rule, as suggested by Joe.

A deck, sideboard and pool together may contain 10 proxies.
The proxies must be:
- photocopies with readable text
- not being visible from the backside
- be placed upon a meccg card with the same background as the card would original have.
