I would like some kind of body reducer... I see it's card attacks pretty hard to be defeated

I was worried I put the body too high. What would you suggest?

-1 body for each character in the company? you know when you travel in mordor it is prone to get your characters seized by terror, so is hard to keep a big company togheter
