Ringwraith Only. This item affects a Ringwraith. If borne by your Ringwraith, his company is overt and all Maia and Elf attacks are reduced to one strike after all other modifiers. May not be duplicated by a given player. This card gives two marshalling points if your Ringwraith defeats a character in company vs. company combat while bearing it.

i would make it worth more than 2 MPs, there aren't much greater item playable sites for minions and killing a hero character is not a quest that easy to do... They are very sneaky and sometimes they have that nasty female characters....
