Slip Treacherously V:
Hazard permanent-event
Playable on a non-Wizard, non-Ringwraith character. The following effects are cumulative depending on the number of Slip Treacherously cards played on the character. One: If untapped, the character must be assigned a strike of any attack with more than one strike. Two: The hazard limit for this character's company is increased by 1. Three: The hazard player may draw one extra card during this character's movement/hazard phase. During the organization phase, another character in target character's company may tap to attempt to remove this card. Make a roll: if the result is greater than 7, discard this card (+2 if sage).

If you are successful in rolling a 10 or more....this card can destroy your whole strategy....
it would make strategies that are based on singel cards very dangerous...
we shouldn't make a card that discards recources... especialy at random...

Alternative:
Slip Treacherously V:
Hazard short-event
Playable on a company. Make a roll. If the result is greater than 4, the company's hazard limit is increased by 2. If the result is greater than 7, a non-Wizard character must tap (defender's choice). If the result is greater than 10, your opponent must discard a resource or character from his hand (reveal hand if none are available).

a new staple hazard. effects are too good for the easy playability.
Stone-age did not end because man ran out of rocks.
I agree with Thorsten. Making it unique means it shows up once in every deck in stead of 3 times. Virtual cards should make interesting new strategies or revive old ones, not provide us with more must haves like river, dark tryst, Mouth of Sauron etc.
