Playable on one of your Agents currently in play as a hazard and face up. Target agent becomes a character which must be controlled by Direct or General Influence. Fallen Wizards may only target an agent with this card if the agent's mind is less than 6. May not be duplicated by a given player.

Way too powerful to get a character where you want and then during the site phase, play the Faithless to suddenly make him active. Restrict the play to organisation phase only.

Right. Forgot that part. Add "Playable during the organization phase on"
@ Boder
Since Faithless Steward is a minion resource, it would be used by minions, though FWs could also use it.
