May-June GCCG Tourney (2-deck hero-only)

Plan to have one deck of 30-50 resources, the same number of hazards, a standard pool of characters, and a 30-card sideboard.
This is the third GCCG tournament of 2006; we hope to continue with the strong showing of international players (many countries, over 15 players in each of the first two tournaments).
