Council of Elrond

greetings to everyone.

As the local community is a fairly large and active one, I would like to request to you all permission to open a meccg Colombian Council. I would suggest myself as the moderator for such group.

It would be greatly appreciated.

To clarify what I meant, there is already a council, however I would like to include our group as a community on this website where the other communities are (dutch, german, etc.).
