Council of Elrond

Eventually, I think it would be nice if we could make a portion of our forum viewable by the meccg-public. This would include space for motions passed, projects underway, etc. As a start, I've begun a thread cataloging the motions we passed this session. The technical details are beyond my powers.

I've set the permissions on the Motions Passed board so that it is visible to anyone. This will be a good way to let others know we're active. We can also post passed motions into the CoE newsletter when we post/send that.

Do we want to allow anyone to REPLY in the calendar and motions passed forums? Obviously they shouldn't be able to create posts, but I think it would be nice if they could reply....

What do y'all think?

I agree. They should not be able to open new topics but a little feedback on the posted information would not be bad.
