Dear community,

I’m trying to create a personal archive, collecting all the data I find on the net about what IMHO are relevant decks (maybe because are powerful, or interesting, or they changed the metagame, etc.).

I’ve been able to gather information on lots of this kind of decks but it gets harder when trying to reach the beginning of the century era.

I’m looking for these decks (card list and, if possible, play tips):
  • One ring deck by Joe Bisz (circa 1999)
  • Dwarf dunk deck by Oliver Hoffman (circa 2000)
  • Infinite hazard deck by Gene Berry (circa 2001)
  • Balrog deck (with dwarven light-stones and noldo-lanterns) by Birk Pfeiffer (circa 2002) <-- found, not working anymore because "Rumors of the One" not giving MP to the mind rings...
I’d appreciate any information and, if somebody has other decks which are interesting from his point of view and want to share this information it’ll be appreciated.

Thank you very much :D

EDIT: Forgot to list Joe Bisz's original Black Hills, which I'd love to have the list too...

I assume you've looked through the list here?
The game is flawed, but this does not mean it cannot be loved.

Yes I did! Didn't know it was you, thanks for the job :)

I checked:

www.fallen-gandalf.net
www.meccg.net (decks section, netherlands section and even the worlds03 section)
www.meccg.es
www.councilofelrond.org
www.guildcompanion.com
the yahoo/google group for metw
http://meccg.wz.cz/decks.htm
www.kubrat.de
http://www2.odn.ne.jp/ring/middleearth
... and whatever related google search result ...

Btw, if somebody wants to PM any of his favourites decks (no matter if old school or current) or just give me the name of it, I'll appreciate!

It will be great, if you can send me his email, because I've never met him :P
