Re: Source of this Dream Card map?

I photoshopped these maps, so I know where they can be found ;-) Everybody who participated in the First Folk and Necromancer projects received this map was printed A3 and laminated. We did have it on the svn server, but since that is no longer accessible, we'll find another way to post is somewhere...

Re: Middle-earth: The Northern Waste

As Nicolai already revealed, we have decided that there will be a joint release of Middle-earth: the Northern Waste (MENW), and Middle-earth: Morgoth's Legacy (MEML). In good DC tradition (see First Folk), we shall call this project The Northern Legacy ;-) As the poll shows, there is an almost 50-50...

Re: Middle-earth: The Northern Waste

this is just like American politics it seems, always split 50/50 (which in itself is mind boggling). on another note, does anybody know how to transform the non-editable pdf from MERP: The Northern Waste into a workable (plain) textfile? Or can anyone get me such a file? would be very useful! yes th...

Re: Questions about selling

What about my 60 extra copies of Northern Rhovanion? Certainly trash right?
Middle-earth: The Sun-lands has about 120 sites, so you'll also need your 60 copies of Rhudaur to print and glue a full set of those. And that's of course if you only want 1 of each ;-)

The Unfaithful [Necromancer vs. Hero]

General idea: This is the deck that I've played in the last two DCGO tournaments (Lure XX, Worlds Lille), and gotten 2x third place. Not overly competetive, a bit challenging, but good fun. You'll run a company of Shadow-mages on behalf of the Necromancer through Eriador and Wilderland, looking to ...

Re: Middle-earth: The Northern Waste

Lindon to Gorgoroth is 11 regions distance in DC (10 normally). That is not what defines interaction however. If I play a deck that looks for combat/influencing/spying, I don't start in Lindon or Gorgoroth, but in Lorien/Dol Guldur. From there the whole map is covered within 2 movements max., and 1...

Re: Middle-earth: The Northern Waste

First a clarification . When talking about "scenario only" , that is not limited to playing official Northern Waste scenarios (as designed by us or by ICE). It simply means that both players build a Northern Waste deck and agree to face those off against each other. You might be playing a fixed scen...

Re: Firstborn/Durin's Folk reprint (along with Nortern Waste)?

That all depends on how much interest there is in a reprint. But I must in all honesty say, I doubt that will happen.
We have a list of people who missed out on the printing, but that list is rather short for the moment.

Publishing the ME:AS and ME:WH Player Guides

Hmm, I can consider that, as long as it's just adding some card images to the available text. Still a lot of work, though. As I recall the text did not impress me overly, but it was like 20 years ago when I last read it. All depends on the interest there is in such a project, but if we can save some...
