That's all you would need. Just pick a date and time that would suit as many players time zones as possible and then advertise it everywhere. The match ups etc would probably work better being called on discord.

There is a minion solitaire scenario called Sauron's Revenge which is basically what you have described in that you are trying to please the Dark Lord.
