Question #1: Drive Back the Shadow states when you play Nenya and Galadriel is "at or moving to a Dark-hold, Shadow-hold, or Ruins & Lairs...". Does the site have to be tapped in order to place a token? The explanation to the card states "This card just requires....and tapped site...
