Re: Web Icon for COE

Thanks for your thanks my friend! You are very welcome! Are you talking about the little symbol next to a bookmarked favorite on a web browser menu? I still have one which is displayed with my bookmarks on Google Chrome. It is a yellow CoE in cursive writing. Or are you talking about something else...

Re: PBEM using GCCG

My question is if I start a game solo and do "/savegame" can somebody else open the resulting save file and continue as the second player? Hence useful for PBEM. I imagine it would be tied to the first person only. No, you can only star a solo game on a solo table, and that savegame is ti...

Re: GCCG Not Saving Changes

When u make many changes on "mem"use /save

Code: Select all

/save
Mode: Chat mode
This command saves all client-side data to the directory ~/.gccg/metw/. It also sends an advise to the server to save all important data.

Re: can't compile gccg

It looks like your instaled SDL libs are not a correct version or are not compatible with your current compilation. Take a look on: http://gccg.sourceforge.net/pages/source.php http://askubuntu.com/questions/143393/shared-libsdl-library-fails-to-open Not many information out there but perhaps you ma...

Re: .XML Files

You have more attr's than you show on that: Try /help select or /help sort .., you can build very complex querys to find by keywords cards by type of automatic-attack and other special things. Example: <card name="Mount Gram" graphics="MountGram.jpg" back="1" text="...

Re: Changing my PC

Other way is using the network cloud features of the internet big boys (aka Google Drive)

I use it to share accross all my machines the .gccg folder.

I only need to set the HOME var in metw.bat to the correct path of the OS Google Drive instalation.

Re: solutions to the "buy cards from x" issues

Interestingly enough, the prices file basically just regenerated itself - so it's getting it's data from somewhere. It loaded data from users that have been deleted (like wild1 for instance). jhunholz : Did u delete the cache file? or what u did finally to get prices file out of the regenerate proc...

Re: solutions to the "buy cards from x" issues

As i said many times the options are drastic: 1) All people on database MUST do a /refresh of his cards. [-me_ccc-] or 2*) The sales file must be purged. /save/Metw/prices MUST be fixed(a lot of work on unknow/old ppl or destroyed) [-me_dh-] or 3*) Just delete /save/Metw/prices and let ppl do a /ref...
