I should add that even though Mordor in Ruins rules are abolished, minions must still make a CC on their ringbearer at end of their turn to win by way of bringing One Ring to B-dur. Since you cannot have your Ringwraith there, this is a significant drawback.

Poll seems positive on the new Prisoner from Ost-in-Edhil, so we'll make him "roll 2x on ring tests" then.
@Shifting Paths. We've changed this card so that the defender now chooses the company's new site. Quite a significant toning down of the effect, it can save you nasty hazards following, and if you select a similar site you might still be able to carry through your original resource plan.
