I question that the minion resource gives a healing effect; unless this has been decided.
Unless, moving a character from a wounded status to tapped or untapped in totality is healing.
Yet, in the PDF Middle-Earth Universal Rules Document 4.2 under "Tapping/Untapping a Card:
"Untapping effects are not healing effects. (CRF,CoE)
In same document,
E.Healing. To heal a character, move them from wounded position to the tapped position (METW, 23).
Healing takes a character from wounded to tapped
Athelas, Healing Herbs, Hall of Fire, Healing from Nimrodel.
...heal (from wounded to tapped).
I did see a lack of room on the Well-Preserved card for the extra text. Tom Bombadil would allow
the use of the minion resource at Old Forest.

"during his untap phase" as though healing would not happen in other phase. Next sentence says that it is possible anyway.
This does not allow me to read it literally.
Attempt of reconstruction: "Healing is a changing of wounded state to other state."
We will not speak of such things even in the morning of the Shire.
