Hey!
If i play elven rope in a fallenwizard deck for its second purpose, which card do i need to get these 3 miscellanous MP? A wizards trove would work for sure. But does legacy of smiths work too?

I've been thinking this one for a while, and I think Konrad is right here. The way I see it is that the Elven Rope is an item worth miscellaneous points when stored; in other words, it's an item not worth item mps.
At first I thought that the "you receive 3 miscellaneous marshalling points when stored at a haven" were apart of the item, but it is true that the (3) is printed on the card, so they belong to it.
Since Legacy of Smiths and Saruman say "items are worth full marshalling points" and they do not say anything about which type of mps, I'd say you can use them for this purpose.
