Undergalleries for fallenwizards?

Hey folks,
I was wondering whether that freakin 3MP-site Undergalleries could be worth full MP for a fallen-wizard when using a wizards trove. On the one hand I always thought no, because its no misc. MP card that you carry around with you. On the other hand I was reading through the under-galleries today and found the sentence "Consider this card stored". So it is a storable miscellanous MP card... help?

Alternatively, you may store one miscellaneous marshalling point card at one of your Wizardhavens. Any reference to the site where the card can normally be stored are transferred instead to the Wizardhaven. Place Wizard's Trove with the stored card which is worth full marshalling points.

Can any misc MP card be stored with Wizard's Trove, even if the card cannot normally be stored at all (e.g. Faithless Steward)? How about storing cards whose conditions are not yet met (uninverted Padding Feet, Fate of the Ithil- stone...) - worth full MP?

*** No and no. The card must be normally storable. The "full marshalling points" that the misc. MP card is worth is referring to more than the normal 1 MP that FW normally receive for non-stage cards. This does not mean that it is worth more than what it would be worth to a non-FW player.

Stolen Knowledge. When Under-galleries would be placed in your discard pile, place it in your marshalling points pile instead for 3 marshalling points-this card is considered stored.

Granted that the ruling on Wizard's Trove is bizarre considering that the card flat out allows you to store one miscellaneous marshalling point card at one of your havens (with no reference to it normally being storable), you still have to actually store the card for Wizard's Trove to kick in. Under-Galleries merely goes in your MP pile and is considered to be stored, even if you didn't store it. Which brings up the interesting point:

You do not receive marshalling points for cards stored at non-Wizardhaven sites.

Does this mean that the FW player receives no marshalling points for Under-Galleries, since it was not stored at a Wizardhaven?

It is one of many cases where wording makes a difference. And I would say that it is correctly worded.
The Under-Galleries is not stored at any site, thus it is not stored at non-Wizardhaven site. So MPs are granted.

If the rule would be worded:
"You do not receive marshalling points for cards not stored at Wizardhaven sites." then The Under-Galleries would not give MP.

P.S. It is like:

Your starting characters (up to 5) may include hero characters and minion characters,
but you may not start a character with a mind greater than 5.
However, you may not start Orc and Troll characters unless you start with an
appropriate stage resource card (e.g., Bad Company).

versus

Instead of a normal character, during your organization phase you may bring into play one character (including a minion agent) with up to a 6 mind. Place this card with the character. -1 to his mind to a minimum of 1. Such a character may also be in your starting company. ...for those who it conquered the spell endured when they were far away...-LotRIII

"but you may not start a character with a mind greater than 5" does not preclude Wizard (no mind is no greater than 5 mind), "with up to a 6 mind" precludes Wizard (as he has not mind).
