I would like to add 1 thing.

In de challenge decks are included a limited number of sites in the site deck, for the convenience of the less experienced players (these are the most useful sites of course).
However, you are allowed to bring in any site to the table, just as you are allowed to bring your own full site deck to a dccd tournament in real life.
Thus you have more room to improvise, and CvCC is always an option in cross-alignment games.

Are you sure you really want that?
In a challenge deck format you know your opponent's deck beforehand. In this way it will be quite easy for many decks to avoid most of opponent's hazards, if all sites are available for you. Could be quite boring, couldn't it? :|

hmm, most if not all the challenge decks have a strong regional dependence, and a strong site dependence in fact. Within these margins there is not that much room for choosing a complete different set of sites to go to.
Moreover, there might be some blind spots in the hazard decks, but not many, so escaping hazards is tricky, unless you keep exact track of what has been played already.
On the other hand, if your opponent is in the area and you want to visit, it would be a waste if you couldn't because the site is not available. And the Cirdan deck needs sites for the agents.

We could agree on a middle ground: 2 proxy sites may be brought in from out of play. And you may bring in any site for an agent (if you haven't used it already, of course).

Let's see how that goes then.
