Opening of an Italian MECCG Community

Hi there!
Would it be possible to open an "Italian MECCG Community" section in the "national councils" subforum besides the French, Dutch and German communities?
I'm making this request because our national forum www.meccg.it/forum has been down for a while and the admin is trying to fix it, but still we don't know how long it will take. Having an alternative forum where people can discuss projects and arrange meetings would help keeping the italian community from falling apart.
