Council of Elrond

The current Alternative Game Format forums have 3 formats by name (Arda, Dream Card, FATE) and two other categories (Scenario, Solitaire). There could conceivably be other alternative game formats that do not fit any of these categories, say, rules variants for new players (Ichabod's Rewrite of the Rules), or MECCG version 2, or other creative endeavors. Right now some of these show up in the "Decks, Strategy, Tips, Ideas" or Rules subforums, and I believe it would be clearer to organize them into their own subforum apart from the main CoE MECCG format.

This request is in preparation for release of an alternative game format that I've been working on.

Any news on this? Do I need to draft a better justification?

Maybe if you post it in the wrong section the moderator will move it to the right section. And then we can see where that is.

This seems like a good idea to me.
